The sixth graders are continuing to strengthen their skills in reading notating and performing rhythms.
Whole, dotted half, half, quarter, eighth, and sixteenth notes along with the whole, half and quarter rests.

They are studying duple and triple meters.
Continuing to strengthen keyboarding skills while reading treble and bass clef. 
Working on their music composition skills.
Students will continue their rhythm composition skills, music appreciation, tempo and dynamics. 
- Being prepared to continue their study of the arts in junior high and high school.
